Eight charges added to former N.J.-based defense contractor employee accused of leaking intel to China

Article Excerpt: A new indictment adds eight charges to those a former employee of a New Jersey-based defense contractor already faces in connection with giving China sensitive military technical data, federal authorities said Wednesday.

The 11-count indictment expands upon allegations that Sixing Liu, 48, misappropriated and exported sensitive military technology to China, according to authorities.
